After the mass protestations held by the prisoners, jailed in Adel Abad Prison of Shiraz, Chahar Raah (Cross road) prison Street and Mianroud Street in Shiraz were blocked by Security Forces in order to prevent the prisoners from escaping.
Moreover, the informed civilian sources, while sending some videos to the reporter of Human Rights in Iran (HRI), indicated: ” All across the city is under the presence of Security Forces, and SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) team is located around the streets leading to Adel Abad Prison of Shiraz and the citizens’ minutest actions are suppressed.”
It must be noted that during the recent days of coronavirus widespread in Iran, at least 70 prisoners in Saghez (Saqqez) Prison who had held a mass protest against their deprivations of the leave right, health essentials and disinfectants for sterilization of prison environment, escaped from this prison.
Earlier than this, also on Thursday March 19th 2020, some of prisoners jailed in Parsilon Prison of Khorram Abad, a city in Lorestan province had broken out of this prison.
